We received a call in the middle of the afternoon to attend the downtown cinema in Alder Row. The client was rather pleased that he found us because we turned out to be the third company they had contacted, the others couldn't to assist. Our customer went out for a film and dinner with his wife since it was their 10th anniversary. Regrettably it was once they left the cinema he noticed that he had dropped the keys. He said, "I hurried back in to the building and checked where we were seated; however there were no keys in view. I later got an idea to check in our automobile and what do you know, there they were, in the ignition, yet unfortunately the door had self-locked." Our man was there promptly and a few minutes later had the work finished and the vehicle open. The delighted couple were very quickly on their way.

"I thought I'd do some afternoon garden work," said our elderly customer from Alder Row, "and so I pulled on my safety gloves and wandered to the garden through the back door. I didn't even think about propping it open and, whilst I was at the bottom of the yard, a strong breeze must've blown the door shut. Oh dear, I got an enormous scare.
